Courier Information
A courier service provides express delivery of our items to certain areas.
- Prices start from R75 per satchel to R150 per carton.
- This is a “to-your-door “ delivery service with Track & Trace + insurance for theft or loss up to R1000.00 per satchel / carton.
- Delivery within 24-72 hours.
- Delivery locations include most major centres: Cape Town, Durban, George, Hermanus, Johannesburg, Klerksdorp, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Pretoria, Richards Bay, Rustenburg, Vereeniging
- If your city / suburb is not listed here, please proceed to the checkout page once you've added items to your shopping basket and select the option "Provide Your Delivery Address Here For A Shipping Quote" and fill in the relevant information. The system will determine if "to your door delivery" is covered.
For all other areas Post Office rates will apply, these rates may vary and only an approximation is provided below:
- Standard delivery is 3-5 Working days from R85 per KG Track & Trace + insurance.
- Next day counter to counter delivery from R109 dependent on the size and weight of the parcel. (please contact us for this option - our contact details are at the footer of the webpage)
- Next Day "to-your-door" from R139. (please contact us for this option - our contact details are at the footer of the webpage)
Returns
- Within 7 days of receiving your product - If the product you received is dead on delivery, is not what you ordered or you changed your mind - please post back to (please include a printed copy of your invoice in the parcel): Party Dazzle, 9, 6th street, Voelklip, Hermanus, 7200
- After 7 days & within 30 days of reveiving your product - If the product becomes faulty, upon sending it back to us we will assess the product within one week of its return and determine whether or not a refund / replacement will be issued, any product not used for its intended purpose will be disqualified for replacement or refund - send to (please include a printed copy of your invoice in the parcel): Party Dazzle, 9, 6th street, Voelklip, Hermanus, 7200
Free Delivery
- Certain items, combinations and price ranges may qualify for free delivery, these terms are subject to change at any time at the discretion of PartyDazzle.co.za.
